FSDA’s Elder Fraud Committee will host a 45-minute educational Zoom webinar on Wednesday, December 9th at 11:00 AM. The virtual program “FSDA Elder Law Review: Looking Back at 2026 and Looking Ahead to 2027” will feature panelists: Anna Dennis with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, Tanya Queen with Bressler, Amery & Ross and Karen Murillo with AARP. Moderated by FSDA Executive Committee Member Taylor Bandy with Bressler, Amery & Ross. The virtual program will provide educational information on Florida regulatory and statutory developments, the ever developing and changing fraud scams directed at elderly Florida residents, and how investment advisors and securities investment firms can help prevent elder fraud.
