FSDA’s Elder Fraud Committee will host a 45-minute educational Zoom webinar on Wednesday, March 18th at 11:00 AM. The virtual program “FSDA Elder Law Review: Looking Back at 2025 and Looking Ahead to 2026” will feature panelists: Anna Dennis with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, Libby Wheeler with Bressler, Amery & Ross, Michael Paskin with FINRA, and Karen Murillo with AARP. Moderated by FSDA Executive Committee member Taylor Bandy with Bressler, Amery & Ross. The virtual program will provide educational information on Florida regulatory and statutory developments, the ever developing and changing fraud scams directed at elderly Florida residents, and how investment advisors and securities investment firms can help prevent elder fraud.
