The FSDA's By-Laws set forth the mission and objectives of the Association:

To advocate on behalf of and to represent the interests of the securities industry before Florida lawmakers and regulators;
to join in meetings and conventions as an association;
to promote the public image of the securities industry; and
to provide professional development opportunities for its members.
