Since 1933, the Florida Securities Dealers Association, Inc. has been the voice of the securities industry in Florida. The FSDA represents the interests of broker/dealers, investment advisers, mutual funds, insurers, and other firms doing business in the securities industry in Florida. The FSDA works to maintain communications with lawmakers and regulators, and to promote the welfare of its members. The FSDA helps make sure that Florida is guided by responsible regulations and good laws. That's good business, and it’s good for our customers and the investing public, too.
Membership in the Florida Securities Dealers Association, Inc. is open to all firms involved in the securities industry in Florida. Both Regular and Associate memberships are available. All applications for FSDA membership are subject to approval by the Board of Governors of the Florida Securities Dealers Association, Inc.
