The affairs of the FSDA are overseen by a Board of Governors, which meets quarterly throughout Florida. The officers of the Association are elected from the Board of Governors. Day-to-day management and administration of the FSDA is performed by the Executive Director from the FSDA's offices in Tallahassee, Florida.
